I am having a Rainbow Dinner

Using the examples of balanced dinner meals (each labelled A, B, C, D, E, F) and with the help of my parents:
  1. I choose a plate that I can eat on Monday, Wednesday and Friday according to my preference.
  2. I write the day of the week on the blank space provided below each plate.
  3. I classify the foods in the meals I chose for Monday and Wednesday according to the three food groups.

Eating family dinner is an opportunity to eat balanced meals while ensuring daily consumption of vegetables and fruits. It is important to include beans and pulses regularly in meals of vegetarians.
