MY HEALTHY HABITS POSTER

  1. I colour the poster on the next page.
  2. With the help of my parents, I cut out the poster along the dotted lines and paste it on Bristol paper or cardboard.
  3. With the help of my parents, I make 2 small holes in the centre of the poster to tie the piece of string.
  4. I hang the poster in my room, kitchen OR classroom.
Healthy HabitsWe want to be healthy,drink water, eat fruits andvegetables and practicephysical activities.
Materials needed: Bristol paper/cardboard (from empty boxes/packaging), colouring pens/crayons, glue, scissors, piece of string (‘la ficelle’, ‘ruban’, ‘fil rafia’)
NOTE to Parents

• For safety reason, help your child to cut out the poster, paste it and tie the string.
• To value your child’s poster and encourage your child as well as other family members to adopt and maintain healthy habits, hang the poster in the kitchen OR in your child’s bedroom.

NOTE to Teachers

• To value pupils’ completed posters and encourage them to adopt and maintain healthy habits, display pupils’ posters in class for at least two weeks after completion of Unit 2 ‘Food and Active Living’
- You can display them on the wall OR hang them along a string tied across the classroom.
