Your child needs plenty of water to stay healthy and hydrated, even while he/she is studying.
• Plain water is the most healthy drink.
• Milk, fresh fruits and vegetables are also good sources of water.
• Have your child take along a water bottle at school.
• To encourage your child to drink water, limit the presence of fizzy drinks and other sweet juices at home. This will also help to save you money to buy fresh fruits and vegetables!!!
