FOOD FOR GROWTH

1. I click on each correct food for growth.
2. I identify if it is a food for growth from a plant source or an animal source by clicking on the correct label.
NOTE to Parents

• Foods such as milk, cheese, yoghurt, fish chicken, nuts, lentils, tofu and eggs are excellent sources of protein. They help a child grow tall, strong and healthy.
• At each meal, try to include one of the above sources of protein (food for growth).
• Limit consumption of processed protein foods such as burgers, sausages, ham and corned beef/ mutton as they tend to contain too much fat, salt and additives.
