My Mealtime

  1. With the help of my parents, I complete the clock face. I draw the minute hand and the hour hand to show the time (to the nearest hour) that I usually have my main meals during the Weekend.

NOTE to Parents

It is important that your child has 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) everyday at regular hours. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Make sure that your child eats a healthy breakfast daily. He/She will be able to better participate in school activities, including class work, than a child who does not have breakfast
