Tips for parents to promote physical activity and avoid sedentary activities
• Encourage your child to play outdoor everyday before homework/dinner time.
• Walk with your child to and from school.
• Be a role model and get active with your child.
• Sit less and move more. Break up long period of sitting for your child.
• Take your child to the shop/ hypermarket so that they can pick up what they would enjoy doing and be more ACTIVE.
