Pancakes
Mini pizzas
Nuts mix
Yoghurt with fruits
Fruits/vegetable kebabs
Puddings: vermicelli, ‘suji’, bread, idli
• Take your child along to market/ hypermarket and help them identify fruits and vegetables.
