Tips for parents:
Foods that can be given to children for a healthy start of the day:
• Eggs: Boiled, omelette
• Breakfast cereal: Choose one with low sugar and high fibre content (e.g. wheat biscuit, oats)
• Flavoured milk: Add vanilla essence or cocoa to encourage children drink their milk everyday
• Fruits: Include a fresh fruit or dried fruits such as raisins
